Also keep your nails short and your hands clean. This helps avoid infection and thus, the spreading of it. Use peanut oil or coconut oil to deal with the flare-ups.

Reflexology - Reflexology can go a long way into healing your eczema. It is also a well known general promoter of the body's well being. Get a couple or so sessions of reflexology in order to get rid of eczema symptoms. You might find you've been relieved of other conditions as well.
