Cure for Sweaty Armpit Guide - Health

There are some people who are affected by this condition and are extremely embarrassed by the effects and would like to learn more about this condition. This article will provide you with remedies to counter the effects of this condition and a possible cure for sweaty armpits and you will never have to be self conscious again. I will also be talking about a natural sweating cure guide that I have used to get rid of my excessive sweating problem.

The technical term for this condition is axillary hyperhidrosis. The main cause of this is one having a nervous system that is over stimulated and very emotional. Below are some guidelines you can follow to ease the effects of the condition.

First and foremost you need to make sure that you take regular baths in a day. This should happen at least twice or thrice. The reason for this should obviously occur to you. There are some however who only bath once a day, even those suffering from this condition. Showering regularly will reduce the intensity of your sweating.

The second step is that you should avoid eating foods that contain products such as chili, peppers, garlic, onions and spicy foods generally reason being that these products are a main cause in triggering your sweat glands to produce more sweat.

Another important thing you should do is form a workout schedule that you can stick to, this should be coupled with dieting so that you may lose excess fat in your body. This fat adds more weight on your body causing the body t sweat excessively. If this weight is lost, the pressure that was exerted on your body is lost and your body will not sweat excessively.

One could also apply lemon juice on their underarms as soon as they come from the shower, this is a natural remedy that works very well in stopping excess perspiration. One good benefit of lemon juice is that it has no side effects like the artificial deodorants and it works just as well as the artificial kind.

Another good remedy is putting talcum powder on your armpits after taking a bath or shower. The reason for this is that talcum powder absorbs the sweat from your underarms and therefore reduces underarm sweating. Also make sure that you shave your underarm hair as this also causes excessive sweating. Once you have had a shave, you could apply some creams to help reduce armpit hair.

You should also try and wear clothes made from natural fabric and avoid those made from nylon or silk, go for those made from cotton instead. Also ensure that they are a bit loose because tight clothes also trigger excessive sweating. I personally managed to get rid of all my sweat problems with a step by step sweat removal guide and highly recommend it.
