Home Cooking-- Try to prepare your own food. When you prepare your own meals, you can determine on the oil and sugar been used. Thus, to control the sugar and oil intake. Personally, I will to do swimming. Swimming is a good activity as it helps to burn up your fats and also tone up the muscle. It is really killing two birds with one stone. Taking up dancing can also help you to find back your body shape too. Try to pick up exercise that you really like.12. Curfew For Food At 8pm-- Try not to eat after 8pm. After this time, food will be less easily digested in the body. When less energy we need, excess glucose will be converted to fat stores. It is good to have dinner early. I have a weight loss tactics for lazy people here. A friend of mind uses to do this. She will take a long sleep and wake up only in the afternoon. So, she will skip for the morning breakfast. Hence, less energy will be taken for that day.
