Our body comprises of 2.16 millions of sweat glands. There are large number of glands present in the hands and feet. That is the reason why hands and feet experience lots of sweat. Drink water- Profound sweating may lead to dehydration. To maintain the water content in our body, drink plenty of water.

Avoid alcohol and smoking- Stop the consumption of alcohol and smoking. They both are stimulants that induce the sympathetic nerve system which in turn result in excessive sweating.
